Growsian Agro coordinates mixed-product consolidation for importers, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and private-label brands buying certified organic products from India. Mixed-product container consolidation
Consolidation combines several organic products, or several buyers’ orders, into one container in a planned way. Unlike open LCL, planned consolidation controls what travels together, which protects the goods and makes better use of container space for distributors and wholesalers building a mixed assortment.
Product compatibility
Products in a shared container must be compatible. Assess odour transfer, moisture, allergen risk, stacking and weight distribution, and certification and release timing before combining them. Strong-smelling spices, moisture-sensitive powders and fragile retail packs each impose constraints on what can travel alongside them.
Allergen and odour separation
Where products carry allergen or strong-odour characteristics, they must be separated, sealed and positioned so they do not contaminate or taint other goods. Barrier packaging and load planning are the controls; documentation records how separation was achieved.
Documentation and reconciliation
A consolidated load needs clear documentation — what is in the container, in what quantities and lots, for which buyer — so that the physical load reconciles with the invoice, packing list and certificates for each product. This is the planned alternative to open LCL shipments.
