Growsian Agro coordinates organic export documentation within a documented export supply programme. For each order, the relevant product, operator, lot, evidence and destination requirements are aligned before dispatch.
Certification and quality evidence must match the exact product, operator, activity, lot, shipment and destination. A logo or certificate shown out of context is not enough to prove eligibility for every order.

The organic export document set
An organic export shipment from India travels with two overlapping document sets: the commercial and transport documents that any export needs, and the organic-specific documents that prove the consignment sits within a certified chain. The exact set depends on the product, the destination and the transaction.
Typical documents include:
- commercial invoice and packing list;
- bill of lading or air waybill;
- certificate of origin;
- the operator’s organic scope certificate and certified-product list;
- a transaction certificate or the destination organic import document, such as a Certificate of Inspection or NOP Import Certificate;
- test reports or a certificate of analysis where the buyer or market requires them;
- phytosanitary or other product-specific certificates where required.
Who issues what
Different parties issue different documents. The exporter issues the commercial invoice and packing list; the carrier or its agent issues the transport document; a designated authority or chamber issues the certificate of origin; the certification body issues or endorses the organic certificates; and a laboratory issues test reports. No single party can issue the whole set, and the exporter cannot self-issue the organic certification documents.
Sequencing matters
Organic and shipment documents must be requested and issued in the right order and in time for departure and clearance. A Certificate of Inspection or import certificate requested after the goods have shipped can delay clearance or invalidate the organic route at the border. Agree the document list and the responsible party before production, and coordinate deadlines through export document coordination.
