Growsian Agro coordinates organic-product processing and manufacturing through qualified partner facilities selected for the product, process, certification, volume, packaging and destination market.
Our model is suited to buyers that need more than a raw commodity. Requirements may include cleaning, grading, optical sorting, grinding, milling, steam treatment, dehydration, blending, oil extraction, bulk packing or private-label packing.
Because capabilities differ by facility, the final processing route is confirmed for each requirement rather than represented as one universal factory setup.
Processing capabilities available through our network
Cleaning and grading
Depending on the product, processing may include pre-cleaning, destoning, sieving, aspiration, magnetic separation, gravity separation, optical sorting or manual inspection.
Typical products:
- whole spices;
- rice and grains;
- millets;
- pulses and beans;
- sesame and other seeds;
- dried botanical materials.
Grinding and milling
Whole agricultural products can be processed into powders or flours using a suitable milling route. The commercial offer can define target mesh or particle size where required.
Typical products:
- turmeric, cumin, coriander and other spices;
- moringa, ashwagandha, amla and botanical powders;
- millet, chickpea, mung and coconut flours;
- vegetable and fruit powders.
Sterilisation and microbial treatment
Where the product, buyer and destination require it, a suitable microbial-reduction process can be evaluated, including steam treatment through an appropriately qualified facility.
Treatment availability and resulting parameters must be confirmed for the specific product. We do not describe every organic product as sterilised by default. State any steam-treatment requirement in your processing enquiry so a suitable qualified facility can be assessed.
Dehydration
We coordinate dehydrated products such as onion, garlic and selected fruit or vegetable ingredients in available forms including flakes, granules or powders.
The selected process may depend on colour, flavour, moisture, particle size, carrier use and application.
Blending and formulation
Selected facilities can support buyer-approved spice blends, herbal blends, premixes or customised formulations. A formulation project should define:
- ingredient list and organic status;
- percentages or target sensory profile;
- allergen considerations;
- particle size;
- treatment requirements;
- trial quantity;
- final packaging;
- target market and label requirements.
A custom formulation or blend is scoped directly from these inputs when you submit a processing enquiry.
Oil extraction and packing
Cold-pressed or other permitted extraction routes may be available for selected oils such as coconut, sesame, mustard, flax or specialised seed oils. The process, organic status and packaging are confirmed per item.
Bulk and retail packing
Products can be evaluated for:
- sacks and food-grade bags;
- lined paper bags;
- cartons;
- drums or suitable liquid containers;
- pouches, jars or other retail packs;
- buyer-branded private-label packaging.
Available pack sizes and MOQs vary by product and facility.
Processing route selected for the actual product
A facility suitable for whole cumin may not be suitable for a botanical powder. A private-label packer may not hold the same organic scope as a bulk processor. A milling unit may not support the treatment or microbiological requirements needed by a particular buyer.
We qualify the route in this order:
- product and intended application;
- organic certification and activity scope;
- required process;
- offered specification;
- order quantity and trial requirement;
- packaging and label format;
- destination-market requirement;
- documentation and shipment plan.
Organic integrity through outsourced processing
Using a partner facility does not remove the need to protect organic integrity.
The selected route must account for:
- certified operator and facility scope;
- product identification;
- segregation from non-organic material;
- cleaning and changeover practices;
- lot identification and traceability;
- input-output records where applicable;
- approved packaging and labels;
- shipment and transaction documentation.
These controls are confirmed through the applicable supplier and certification process for the order.
Product specification approach
We use commercially established product norms as a starting point, but the binding requirement should be the specification agreed for the order.
Specifications may include:
| Parameter group | Examples |
|---|---|
| Physical | appearance, colour, particle size, foreign matter, purity and bulk density |
| Chemical | moisture, ash, volatile oil, curcumin, acid-insoluble ash or product-specific values |
| Microbiological | total plate count, yeast and mould, coliforms, E. coli and Salmonella |
| Residues and contaminants | pesticide residues, heavy metals, aflatoxins or other market-specific parameters |
| Processing | untreated, cleaned, ground, steam treated, dehydrated or cold pressed |
| Packaging | material, net weight, liner, palletisation and label information |
Not every parameter applies to every product. Lot-specific results can be handled in the certificate of analysis or test report arranged for the order.
Private-label manufacturing
We can coordinate private-label organic products where a qualified processor or packer supports the requested format and volume.
A private-label brief should include:
- product and formulation;
- country of sale;
- organic certification and logo requirement;
- pack size and packaging type;
- artwork and barcode responsibility;
- nutrition and ingredient information;
- language requirements;
- trial and commercial quantity;
- desired launch date.
Our role can cover supplier selection, commercial coordination, print inputs, packing, export documentation and shipment.

What buyers receive before confirmation
The offer should make the processing route commercially clear. Depending on the requirement, it may include:
- product description and offered process;
- commercial specification;
- certification applicable to the route;
- packing and label format;
- MOQ;
- sample or trial arrangement;
- estimated production time;
- quotation and Incoterm;
- planned documentation.
When to use custom processing
Custom processing is useful when:
- the buyer needs a specific powder mesh;
- whole spices must be cleaned or graded to an agreed level;
- a product requires microbial reduction;
- a blend must follow a buyer-owned formulation;
- bulk material needs retail or private-label packing;
- multiple ingredients must be prepared for one manufacturing application;
- the existing market format is not suitable for the buyer’s channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you own the processing facilities?
Growsian Agro coordinates processing through qualified partner facilities. The selected facility depends on the product, certification, process, quantity, packaging and market requirement.
Can you grind spices and botanicals to a specific mesh size?
Yes, where an appropriate facility can support the requested product and particle-size range. The target mesh, tolerance, treatment and minimum quantity should be stated in the enquiry.
Can you provide steam-sterilised organic spices?
Steam treatment can be evaluated for selected products through suitable facilities. Availability and resulting microbiological parameters are confirmed for the actual requirement.
Can you manufacture products under our brand?
Yes, private-label coordination is available for suitable products and order quantities. Packaging, artwork, labels, certification and destination-market requirements must be reviewed before confirmation.
Are web specifications guaranteed for every lot?
No. Web specifications are indicative. The binding commercial specification is agreed for the order, and variable lot parameters can be confirmed through samples or shipment documents.
Can you develop a custom blend?
Yes, where the formulation, ingredient availability, certification, trial quantity and processing route are feasible. Buyer-owned formulas can be handled under agreed commercial and confidentiality terms.
